Tribute at the treat Cemetery, followed by the reading of the Honor Roll at the gazebo. Coffee and donuts.&nbsp; "Please look at our Hometown Hero banner that hang proudly to recognize those from Leon who served to keep our freedom."&nbsp; &nbsp;May 30th starts our "Spring Along the Amish Trail. Also, AMISH CRAFTS AND BAKE GOODS!&nbsp; <strong>During the month of June</strong>, we will be honoring the "Women's Relief Corp.&nbsp; that was organized in Leon in 1890"&nbsp; "Honoring Elna Beckman."&nbsp; <strong>&nbsp;July 18th</strong> at 4pm.&nbsp; We will host Carol Cross from Rochester, who will present an exciting program with Vintage Tweets: Suffrage Era Postcards. light refreshments will be served. Donations are always appreciated.&nbsp; <strong>July 25th</strong> we will host "ZOO 62".&nbsp; A LICENSED FACILITY OFFERING EXOTIC ANIMALS AND PETTING ZOO" Camel and pony rides, a nominal fee applies. He told me that the building where the restaurant was located had a dance hall on the upper floor and there often dances up there.&nbsp; He said the building had springs between the dance floor and lower ceiling to mitigate the flexing of the floor with many dancers.&nbsp; Is the attached photo possibly the building where the Leon Restaurant was located? It doesn't seem like the utter floor would have been adequate dance hall.<br />&#8203;<br />Late 1800&rsquo;s post card of Leon Tavern built in 1834 by Thomas Noyes.<br />Other owners between then and into the 1900&rsquo;s<br />Were: ?Granger, Samuel B Hanford, Johnn Lang, Ellery Stone, S.C.
